Dr. Elson Po is an evil winemaker whose special potion makes him immortal. But when his concoction loses its power, Dr. Po tries to convert a beautiful actress into his new fountain of youth. Lured to Dr. Po's secluded island, a group of lusty young women become the doctor's prisoners and must face off against a powerful army of undead zombies.
