The Nest (1988)

Mutant, murderous roaches overrun the small, quiet town of North Port. The sheriff blames the INTEC corporation; he has reason to believe that they are conducting genetic experiments. It turns out that a seemingly harmless experiment went wrong. The roaches are transforming into bloodthirsty creatures and mutating into whatever they eat!
