Many years ago, silent film star Lance Hayward disappeared entirely, leaving his estate behind. When plans are made to demolish the mansion, a group of teenagers sneak inside to engage in various shenanigans. Soon they are being slaughtered one by one, and the question arises: is Hayward still alive and committing the murders, or is a more supernatural cause to blame?
