Supernatural (1981)

In this film, a woman leaves her abusive husband and starts up a relationship with another man. Her husband meets with a horrendous accident and dies. However, a myriad of supernatural phenomena make it readily apparent that the dead husband is out to "get" his wife for her extra-marital affair.
